• Since 1988, Dr. James G. Klarsch and our staff have provided orthodontics for families in St. Louis. We treat each patient and visitor like part of our family, and we truly care about your needs. Our treatments are given with a gentle touch and personal attention.
• We use the most current and efficient means of treatment for you and your family. We offer traditional metal and ceramic braces as well as Invisalign® clear aligners. Our staff enjoys getting to know patients of all ages and helping them achieve a lifetime of straight, beautiful, healthy, and confident smiles! 
• Dr. Klarsch is well respected in the orthodontic community. He has more than 27 years of experience volunteering at Cardinal Glennon Children’s hospital and providing excellent orthodontic treatment for patients with cleft lip and palate. Dr. Klarsch also teaches at the St. Louis University Graduate Orthodontic program, allowing him to continuously stay on top of the latest techniques.
